André Furlan was born in Nerac, South West France. He spent most of his childhood in Africa and Asia. His life's journey took him through the United States where the city of San Francisco became his home.
André's passion for art and photography were evident from an early age.
In California he devoted his time to a detailed study and research of William Blake (1757-1827 ) which inspired and also had a profound influence on his own photographic skills. André has subsequently attained and extensive audience due largely to his research, findings and presentations on William Blake.
His interest in the raw and pure art world has never wavered. André's photos reflect his appreciation of the finer things in life as they seek to capture artistic perfection and and sensitivity's perception in each image ....
Recently returned to his hometown in France, he devotes himself mainly to photography as he continues to support and work with many artists.
